Aerospace Material Specifications (AMS) are standards developed by the Aerospace Materials Division under the direction of the SAE Aerospace Council. Over 1200 specifications have been developed and are used worldwide by the aerospace industry. Alloy stocks many of the more common alloys and are able to supply many more in a matter of days.
