Company Profile

Alloy was formed over 25 years ago in Edmonton, Alberta. Our roots were established in the supply and support of cobalt based hardsurfacing products. Over time the company has expanded into numerous areas to include all high alloy filler materials, a wide variety of hardsurfacing materials as well as thermal spray materials and equipment.

While still operating in Alberta, our second office was opened in 1985 in Delta, BC, to serve the greater Vancouver and British Columbia area. Our third office was opened one year later in Washington State to better service our US based clientele.

In 2008, Mr. Randall Eckert assumed control of Alloy, Mr. Eckert has a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from the Montana School of Mines in Butte, Montana. He is a Professional Engineer with registration in British Columbia and has enabled Alloy to provide an even more enhanced level of engineering support for our products and equipment.
